This Civil War era, Italianate Renaissance loft building, was acquired through a 99 year net lease in 1997 and substantially renovated to create eight large, co-operative loft apartments and a retail store. As with several of our other projects, the lofts were marketed as “raw” space and were designed to individual requirements of the various purchasers by Triarch.
